Why consider
.txt for copywriting?

1
A different breed of PMs

Your project won’t be handed to an intern. All our Project Managers are experienced Content Strategists. Your dedicated PM can create and manage a team of more than 40 copywriters for your project.

2
A solid team of writers

Your content will be created by a close-knit team of copywriters, journalists, bloggers and editors, many of whom have been working together for more than ten years.

3
Expertise guaranteed

We will only take your project on if we have an expert in the required field. If we don’t have the perfect match, we will recommend a colleague. We believe in providing such openness and integrity from the outset.

4
We understand your business

We specialize in supporting web agencies in their cross-channel campaigns. We understand the importance of the affinity of the content with the DNA of every brand.

5
Three pairs of eyes on every word

Every piece of content produced by .txt is triple-checked: by the PM, by a proofreader, and finally by the PM again, before being returned for your approval.

6
We are flexible. Truly.

Tell us how you want us to format and deliver your content: in plain text or HTML, by email or uploaded to Drive, via API or in your CMS, or published on your website, at no extra cost.

7
Until you are satisfied

Before starting, you will receive a free sample of our work and we will work together until we both agree we have the right tone. After delivery, you can request unlimited modifications.

8
Urgent request? No problem!

There are no extra charges for urgent requests. 98% of our clients have been asking us to deliver work “ASAP” over the past 10 years. We have organized all our operations based on this expectation.

Pricing

  1. Our pricing model is a per-word rate, different for every language.
  2. Our copywriting rates range from EUR 0,.07 to EUR 0,.13 per word or more, depending on the language and the level of expertise required.
  3. All our copywriting rates include proofreading by a different person than the copywriter. This helps ensure that no mistakes are overlooked.
  4. If you have a large project in mind, or work that needs completing on a regular ongoing basis, please contact us to discuss special pricing. We do offer generous discounts to regular clients.

Quality
assurance

The core of our quality process is based in the ISO-17100 standard, and we have added some unique features:
  1. Prior analysis of personas and competitors.

  2. Creation of a Style Sheet for each project.

  3. For some projects, we hire a research specialist to find the best resources for our copywriters.

  4. Peer-to-peer proofreading: we put the writer and the proofreader in direct contact with one another, so that they can work together to create perfectly finished copy.

At first glance, it would seem that to write, one only needs an idea and a pen. However, before committing pen to paper, we perform an exhaustive analysis of the philosophy, history, commercial objectives, target audience and competitors of the companies for which we create content. Once we have a clear idea of what we need to say, we think about the best way to say it, employing everything from techniques of rhetoric dating back to Aristotle to the latest Content Marketing strategies. Once our screen is filled with words, we review them, correct them and review them again until we have achieved a clear and persuasive discourse that appeals to your audience. Discover our Copwriting process: a complex chain of words flying here and there, but we make it easy for you:
